So let me get this right.
You were a manager, and now your a plumber ?
Left school at 16 and served an engineering apprenticeship, stayed there for 11 years.
Took voluntary redundancy and had a bit of time off
Drive cars in southampton docks for a few weeks before starting work on building sites with my father in law.
Back to college to get my nvq's in trowel occupations and I've been building ever since.
Currently part way through a plumbing course, although I'm finding it hard to fit it in. I'll get there though
Left school on a friday, had the weekend off & been doing plumbing since then. Never done anything else
You've got a much harder job than any of us Tess.
Hats off to you, I know I couldn't do it.
