It probably didn't help that the parking attendant felt that you had parked 3 inches too far forward, ruining his perfect aligned parking! He just kept barking instructions at you even though you clearly couldn't get in gear.

I'll also be at the Riverside at Acton Bridge at 9.15am. Travelling up from south of Oulton Park and prefer the scenic route to the track than the M6.

Got my tickets in the post today. There are quite a few "restrictions" on the parade laps, most of which make sense, such as no overtaking. The no hanging back and speed limit of 30mph seem a little OTT however. Weather is looking likely to be dry and there is plenty on. See you guys Sunday.

We went up on Saturday in the GS. Didn't have an Orchard pass so was directed to park in the hilly field adjacent to the course. Enjoyed the day, was great to see the Chiron, Veyron and La Ferrari in the flesh. When we left we had to attempt to reverse up the hill out of our parking space and...

OK they just abandoned all racing for the rest of the day including British GT race two. What a disappointment for anyone who made the journey to watch. Weather is still foul so hope anyone who went has a safe journey home.

Watching the second race live on Youtube they just red flagged it due to the rain. We were really looking forward to the day out but I don't think we would have enjoyed it much in this kind of weather.

Will make a final decision tomorrow morning but as it stands with the forecast for nothing but heavy rain for most of the day I won't be coming. Very disappointed but its not much fun standing outside in the cold and wet conditions and the track isn't exactly just round the corner from my house!
