ref the sponge- its not like your traditional silicone sponge. I prefer this to using a lambs wool washmit as hate how your hand can slip out as mitts are always too big. http://www.zymol.co.uk/zymolsponge1pk.aspx

most paint correction details average between 16-30 hours to complete. There is detailers that do paint correction in a day but i can assure you its not done properly and bits have been missed. True paint correction takes time to do correctly
depends on how bad the paint is- bulk of the wok is the paint correction stages.. this one had about 35 hours work put into it,
Currently working on a Ferrari F40 that has had 40 hours so far put into it and still far from finished
