    Oulton Park, Monday 1st April

Same for me. If it’s not raining we’ll head over. Where will we be meeting to convoy in?

    Oulton Park, Monday 1st April

Thinking about it. It's an early start but the company and racing are fun. That's unless they park me off with the red trousers again.

    Daily driven maserati

I ran both my Ghibli (50k miles in 3 years) and Levante as daily cars. The tyre and fuel bills did bite a little but it made every journey a pleasure and put a smile on my face. There was nothing better than finishing in the office and knowing that I had an hour of Maserati fun on the way home...

    MITCAR - Burghley House - 8th October

I'm thinking of doing this if the weather improves at all. I've never been to Burghley House so it does seem like a good excuse for a visit.

24th September, Yorkshire, Auto Italia Autumn Italian Car Day @ Carlton Towers OR SCITP @ Newby Hall

On balance I'm leaning towards Sports Cars In The Park.

Likewise. Not sure which yet which is why I thought I'd post here. SCITP is closer, but I've not been to Carlton Towers.

24th September, Yorkshire, Auto Italia Autumn Italian Car Day @ Carlton Towers OR SCITP @ Newby Hall

Auto Italia have a new event at Carlton Towers on the 24th September. Ticket details are here. Not sure about this one myself, it's the same day as the Autumn SCITP at Newby Hall, costs more, and from the terms and conditions you can't take any food/drink on site. It's different venue so might...

Auto Italia is in need of some V12 Ferraris

You'd be hard pressed to get one without lots of carbon specced on it. As was discussed in an earlier thread, right or wrong, this is the way that Ferrari operate their order book. I'd love an 812 as well, a real weapon of a car, but I'm so far away from being able to buy one, never mind run...

Auto Italia is in need of some V12 Ferraris

I've just seen a nice manual 456 GT will be auctioned at Silverstone. Hopefully it won't be raining and I won't be trying to shelter from the rain in the auction...

Auto Italia is in need of some V12 Ferraris

This is true. I'm working my way toward it. Still not quite brave enough

Italian cars at the Motorist - 19 August

Didn't manage to get there until later on. Someone had a nice combine harvester fire on the back of a lorry at Scotch Corner that messed things up a little. Some interesting cars there. Perhaps the parking staff need to be taught to recognise Lancia as an Italian brand though, as both Integrale...

Summer Italian Cars and Bikes - Beamish 6th August 2023

    Mitcar 2023 Burghley House PE9 3JY

I fancy this one but will probably make it a last minute decision based on what the weather looks like.

Auto Italia Raby Castle 8th July

I didn't get to chat to him, we were too busy dodging the showers. It was a beast though and I'd love one too, though I'd need to build a bigger garage to hold it!

Auto Italia Raby Castle 8th July

Sadly the day was rather interrupted by showers which hampered taking pictures, including not getting any of either my car(s) or the lovely Strad parked next to me. Here are some of the Maserati. And a lovely FIAT 1500 Spider.

    Roma Spider

Different cars. For the price you could pick up a decent F8 Spider and not that much less luggage space. I'm not sure I'd want to tour in it or an kind of MC20 though.

    Roma Spider

I went along to the Roma Spider reveal at the local dealer last Friday. First impressions are that it's a lovely car. The rear seats are as usable as those in my California, so not really. The roof mechanism is good but has the same impact on the boot space as the hard roof on the Cali and the...

Auto Italia Raby Castle 8th July

We will be meeting at Scotch Corner at around 9:15 for the drive to Raby once we are all present. It'll be good to see you
