It was when Duncan posted about the 4200 he was breaking. Adam was none too confident of Duncan's commitment and responded in a somewhat strident manner, coloured by his own unfortunate experiences. I think the unwinding of that point of view may have left a scar, at least for the time being.

Must say I never picked up form his thread that he wouldn't be on here again....and wasn't he organising a South West meet as well.

Me neither Andy , at first he was discontented , but i think he re read his own posts and came back and apologised to Duncan for misunderstanding his terms , my lasting impression was that all was okay now
