Morning. Yes, got your PM thanks.

Day off tomorrow and the Brera goes up on the ramp and the real fun (spending on parts) begins!

Good morning everybody. ;) ;)

Nick sounded very chippa yesterday so is the antidote to the daily drudge a 'Busso' engine, or is it a 156?
I'll pm you later today Nick to find the answer, seriously!

Mornin' everyone.

I definitely will be seeing the men in white coats coming to take me away..... away, they're coming to take me away.
What was I thinking when I waved to a Maserati going down the hill into Monmouth yesterday!
Possibly a case of delayed concussion?
Check your PM's Nick, I posted as promised!

Evenin' all.

Of course Mr Lisknik I'll be there on Sunday - and the car's looking better every day! Xtra high pressure jetwash has removed several acres of fine Wiltshire soil lodged in the chassis etc. and I'm painting an appropriate mural on the car to disguise the other damage 'cos the dear old British public make assumptions and mutter to each other as they pass. :)

Morning.

Crazy busy at work today.

Yesterday was my day off so more Brera fettling.

Front Subframe: Ground off the rust, rust remedy, 2 coats of paint

Service: Dropped the oil and filter, and the remnants of the air filter, just picked up the parts from ECP and will be fitted shortly.

Swirl Flaps: reconnected the actuator as that is not causing my issue, it was the MAF

Engine bay: Cleaned it all up and painted the slam panel, went to the local scrappy and got the missing fuse box cover and the rubber grommets to fit the engine cover for £2!

Exhaust: Adjusted the back boxes so they don't knock over speed humps anymore.

MAF just turned up too, so hopefully she will be running cleanly this weekend and I can turn my attentions to the bodywork and interior.

She's starting to feel like a real car again!
