So, the window on the rear drivers side of the QP has fallen out of it's track. I need to remove the door card/trim to put the window right. There are no obvious screws holding the door card in place. Can someone please tell me how to remove the door card so I can fix this.

Thanks!

If it were a coupe, I could help.

I have found this image on the net which shows all the screw locations, plus probably some more behind the speaker:

Note the one down low on the leading edge behind the reflector/door open light.

Front door panel removal
1. Remove upper cover. Pull out straight as to not break tabs.
2. Remove light lens in bottom of door.
3. Remove center cover by catching bottom edge with your finger tips.
4. Work it along and pull straight out. See metal pins in photo. Try not to flex it.
5. Using a non-marring plastic tool, remove the leather cover at the inside handle.
6. Remove the 5 allen bolts that hold the panel on. One is behind the handle.
7. Starting at the bottom of the panel, go around and pull it from the door releasing the plastic christmas trees around the edge.

Cheers! Now here's the real problem.... The window rides on two plastic clips that run up and down metal tracks. The rear most plastic clip has disintegrated into multiple pieces, so I don't even know how it is supposed to go in and get cables attached. Is this part available, and how does it go in?

The broken plastic part is not numbered on that diagram, but if you look at number 13 towards the top where number 19 is, there is a plastic bit that slides in the track. It is this plastic bit that has broken into three pieces.

It seems that you cannot just buy the plastic clips (which would probably cost 50p to make) and I need to replace the whole regulator, which is bolted in place, not pop riveted.

Nothing is simple...

Do you have a picture of the part ? Or the broken bits glued together it might be possible to make a new one by machining one if the replace parts are ridiculous expensive

It's a very complicated plastic casting and missing a few bits. If I had access to a full £D scanner, CAD system, and SLS printer I could pop these out by the dozen. Unfortunately I don't have access to this equipment.
