Probably the only Lambo i could afford anyway , Saw my first one ever at Goodwood when they were unveiled in the UK, was in awe then , both problematic cars in general with the Lambo giving the higher driving factor of the two

There was a great article about them in Italia magazine.....I think I still may have a copy hanging around.

Like any exotic from that era rot was a problem but probably just as reliable Uraco and certainly quicker, rarer and in my opinion a better car

They are very rare, Top Gear cars used to have a few for sale a few years back for about 25K. There was one in Pistonheads not long ago, 33K it was up for.

Bora is beautiful but a half decent one would cost twice as much as a Jalpa

Nice link in that Giulio Alfieri when he was forced out of Maserati went to Lamborghini and had a big hand in the development of the Jalpa as a road car. Remember reading big article in Car from the period.

Jalpa was a better developed Urraco (via the Silhouette, which is even more of a rare beast).All nice
