Think it's owned by a wealthy family now. The stunning Victorian bar is from Blackpool Winter Gardens...we met the guy who installed it back in 2018 before Covid. Well worth a visit.....

Not been to the Pheasant before but always keep meaning to. But normally go to the Lakes Distillery across the road which is consistently good for a spot of lunch...and a whisky of course. Storrs Hall is a great place with a stunning backdrop, but it is a bit pricey but much quieter than some...
