My biigest concern and worry to be honest , and i never thought i would say this is the media press bias and distortion/omission ......................it really needs to be tackled to its core , none of us know or have some assurety that what we read or see on the box is the truth anymore ...............which is extremely worrying and dissapointing

Trouble is there more people in Dunchurch village than in the whole of New Zealand..metaphorically speaking!
No wander it was easy for them over there..
Lets face it, what ever UK government was in they'd be in the same situation

Dave

I have driven through Dunchurch many times and can confirm this! The guy who owns the barber's there used to own a Maser by the way.... and a Gallardo Spyder.... and an F355.... and a V12 E-Type....;)

Had to drive down to London yesterday morning, stone me it was busy, pretty much back to normal traffic levels I'd say.

It's not really that hard. Bypass the media and go straight to the sources. (Not the aggregator / tin foil sites)

I see all the shops re-open today. Yet we still have 200+ deaths every day.

Do the deaths no matter any more or is it down to the infection rate now?

I think that even more deaths will be attributed to the suspension or cancellation of cancer, coronary, and other clinics, that's if anyone wants to admit to the true figures. Covid had to be contained as far as possible, but the 'collateral' damage to other health issues and the economy will be eyewatering, and we have to restart somehow.

TBH I'm less concerned about shoppers than I am about the thousands of protesters and so-called 'lockdown' ravers who seem to think they have licence to ignore the pandemic and put other folks' health at significant risk.

They are the ones on their phones all the time watching Parliament Tweeting and whatever else it is they do.

Sure, but they will, while not actually lie, tell the story they want to tell. Just like everyone one else.

It's harder work to get to the root, but it's really not that hard

If someone makes a fantastic claim about a paper that says there's a new vaccine, go read the paper. Google the scientists. Google the publication. Are they respected, are they peer reviewed, do they get paid etc etc etc.

Same with numbers.
