Echo above, good to catch-up with Sam and Mike, that Strad is just something else, also to meet Nibby who has a very nice 4200 cab. No photo's of my car as it was filthy, just hadn't had time to prepare it.

Great little show, good to meet you Geoff, wish I’d stayed longer but had to get to Kings Lynn.
Lovely cars there and good Maserati contingent. Hopefully might be something more to go to before Winter.
Thanks
Mark

Sorry I didn't get a chance to say hello, I was kept quite busy with family and friends being there too.

My I ask how you knew about the show? Was it from here or elsewhere?
I'm just curious, as I thought it was poorly advertised (I knew lots of people in the village that didn't even know it was on lol) but was actually quite well attended in the end.
Especially as a lot of the usual 'classics' that attend were at the nearby King's Lynn classic car show.

Hi Sam
I heard about the show on here on this thread and what a great show. The chap in the white F-Type behind me I saw at a show a couple of weeks ago at The Kings Arms Shouldham.

Cool thanks.
I've not been to the Shouldham one yet, but my neighbour who has a tr6 mentioned it the other week. First Sunday of the month.

Just a shout to anyone local-ish that might be at a loose end on Sunday 12th Sept. The small village where I live are holding their annual car show/family day at the community centre on Sunday.
The turnout varies from year to year, could 15 cars could be 50 and usually pretty random lol. Classic, American, Buses, trucks, sports cars etc..
I'll be there in my GT and a mate 'should' be there in his Lambo. There'll be food, a bar and a few stalls etc.. typical village affair, so don't expect too much lol.

Anyway, if anyone fancies popping along for an hour or so to say hello, or have a mini meet there, you're welcome. Entry is free and you'll be able to display your car too.

The village (Christchurch) is right on the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire border.

I know @GTVGEOFF , @Doctor Houx @StuartW are pretty local and @MaserMike and @TimR came to the last Norfolk meet but anyone is welcome.

Location : Christchurch community Centre
PE14 9LL

Is this happening this year Sam? If so what’s the date?

Ok, so this is on again this year. Sunday 4th Sept.
It's looking like I might be away working this year so will probably miss it, but the organiser has told me that you guys are all very welcome to go again if you can, along with anyone else that's interested.

I'll put a new post in the events section in the coming days.

Ah yeah, this is on again and I've been told by the organiser to invite all.
There will be another one in September too.
I'll find out all the details and put a new post together in events later in the week.

A family member is also organising one on 20th August at pentney Lakes (near King's Lynn) he has also asked me to invite people.
Again, I will put up a post in events shortly.

Just a reminder for anyone that hasn't got anything else on. I'll be there in my GT.
Anyone wanting to display their car (can be anything interesting Car/truck/tractor/bike etc) can arrive before 09:30 and get parked up, but they're not too fussy and if you come anytime you'll still get in with your car. Likewise its easy to leave when you wan to.

Might try to get to this Sunday if weather is good.
Is it a just turn up or book in advance Sam?
Thanks

If I can tempt the Mrs to come Sam, then as the weather is looking superb, I’ll try and come as it looks like u can’t make PH this year.

No way she will get in the 40, but her recently acquired 630 cab is like a GC missing 2 cylinders and hit with the ugly stick, but it is a comfy way to catch some rays, so I’ll see what I can do
