Great meeting up with folks yesterday. Left just before 3 as a 3-4 hour journey home. Gremlins on way down decided to not come out to play on way home and biggest decision was hood up or down on way back. :-) Thanks to AROC for organising.

Last time I was there the F car owners club were there with gazebo etc and a plastic chain link fence around all the stand to ensure riffraff like wot we are couldn’t get anywhere near them so you could add that to the list? :-)

Hi Greg, We are staying in Holiday Inn Express in Perth on the Saturday night. “Free” breakfast is too tempting to pass by. Lol Can meet up wherever is easiest. Think you have my mobile no etc.

Car sailed through MOT with no issues. Usually at least one bulb has blown Tickets bought so all looking good.

Yes. The aircon was on all the time before replacing the relay and that is "cured". However this is a new development but it may be linked to radiator fans coming on and not switching off and engine running cool all the time which was another previous issue. Given up and getting an auto...

Well I fitted the new relay and now when I press the auto button on the air con the radiator fans come on! Even at cold and engine off. You need one of these relays Allan. lol

Got the air con relay today and being fitted Monday. Temperamental headlight(went on or off when air con was turned on!) was down to a dodgy earth. Will see what, if any, issues are left to deal with once that new relay goes on but really appreciate the offer.

I may aim to come down the night before rather than up at silly o'clock on the day.

Replacing a melted air con relay which I hope will result in attendance of said event. Of course there is a chance that then highlights another problem.
