Does anyone have a view in whether it is possible to move the sender to a different location in the engine compartment by means of making a copper pipe with the correct male / female threads, this would both give the ability to use a more readily available part and to locate it in a less harsh environment not to mention making it easy to connect an accurate guage for checking the real pressure if required

Zep makes a short adapter to fit aftermarket sender for the 4200 that makes it easier to change in the future. Worth a PM.

I am just fitting the same David Askew solution, can you confirm you had to move the aircon out of the way? Thanks
