This is going to be like a new 360 when finished............Can't wait to see the end result! Even better that it is a much sort after manual box also!

Thanks for the comments guys. Yes, we are attending to every part of the car to bring up to ‘as new’ wherever possible. Not cosmetically (it’s actually not in bad condition inside or out given the mileage) but mechanically. Luckily it had all new uprated Hill Engineering ball joints and tie rod ends not long ago so the suspension should be ok apart from the odd part.
The only ‘cosmetic’ bits being done are of course the engine and gearbox clean up, and the entire engine bay area. The front bumper had a scuff from someone reversing into my car parked up but that has already been sorted by AV. The alloys were all refurbished recently as well so that’s another tick in the box.

Yes, I've seen that (lovely), but I'd be looking at more like £60k with some creative p/x.
When I sold my 04 Modena F1 in 2014 I offered it on the forum for £36,000 with full Ferrari history and just had its service belts and ball joints done by Carr's in Exeter.
She was mint and no one wanted her.

Call Aldous at AV. You definitely want him to to PPI or he might even know of a car for sale.
I've been looking at his website.
I'm not too concerned about miles (so not willing to pay a premium for low miles), just condition and spec. If I bought one, I'd be driving it!

Don’t buy a garage queen anyway... they don’t like sitting around.. just like a GT. Aldous will say the same.. buy purely on condition & service history. I’ve driven plenty of 360s, much younger and with 20,000 miles that drove like a bag of spanners.
You’re also much more likely to get a good deal on a higher mileage one!

I dare say most people would bite your hand off now! I remember when the 360 prices were that low... friend of mine bought a spider with 30,000 miles on it for £38,000. Unbelievable value.

Bet you regret selling. Values went north after that.

Loving this thread. And the car.

I only had my 360 briefly (way back in the day when they were current), but loved it. But a very nice Diablo cropped up, so I traded it in for that. Quite tempted by a nice manual 360 now (though not in red), not that I'm supposed to be looking at any more cars...

For anyone that's tempted by a 360 but not tried one, please do. I bet you'll like it. Oh...a Tubi Style exhaust is a must. I had that and it sounded awesome.
