From the magazine's website, this has been moved from May to July. I don't know what the latest news on this is & whether it is going ahead, but always a good day out and later in the year will increase the chances of it staying dry at least.
Maybe see some of you there?

THE AUTO ITALIA, ITALIAN CAR DAY AT BROOKLANDS
July 18th - PROVISIONAL and subject to government guidelines

With near-capacity attendance at our annual Italian Car Day at Brooklands in 2019 we were expecting a similar turnout in 2020, but for the first time in 34 years the event was cancelled due to the pandemic. Looking forward to the 2021 season and hopefully the control of Covid-19, we have a new date of Sunday 18th of July for the UK’s most popular all-Italian car event. This date replaces our traditional early May Bank Holiday weekend and is a provisional date. Please check the websites for confirmation and ticket information.

If you have a car that you think is worthy of inclusion in the lunchtime Demonstration session or in the afternoon Test Hill Ascents, please send your details and a description of the car to Phil Ward of Auto Italia Magazine at phil@auto-italia.co.uk
Do we have a stand?

Won’t make this as I have just bought tickets for me and the Mustang to attend the Bicester Scramble.
Pity, as it’s local “ish” to me and always a great event.

Lozzer, Brooklands is an exceptional place. As well as the cars and automotive exhibits, there is the aeronautical engineering in this birthplace of lightweight racing cars and, subsequently and naturally, flying machines. I've walked round the high altitude chamber in which Barnes Wallis tested his design for the Vulcan V bomber, sat in a Harrier cockpit, seen TSR2 history and been aboard a heavily instrumented prototype Concorde. I can highly recommend Brooklands to anyone with an interest in the engineering of fast cars or aviation.
See you there?

Does anyone know whether we get to park alongside each other?

Yes, the car parking marshals try to park each marque together and in terms of the cost, there is indeed so much to see as a standalone historic museum so for me, the price is more than reasonable

Tempted, never been Brooklands.
We went on the way back from Goodwood and it is very interesting. The flight stuff is really good - I didn't realise how much aviation development and production was done there. It was before lockdown ended when we went so some of the exhibits were closed but still good. You need to book to get on Concorde so you might not be able to do that. The banking is well worth seeing - it's incredibly steep and you can't walk up it.
