The hotel have emailed me to say they are releasing the rooms I put aside for you all on the 10th October

A final reminder for those who have not booked rooms, they will be released to the public on Thursday, please book your rooms by then as they will no longer be on hold for us

All sorted, incidentally, if booking the hotel last minute; the event office is closed so use the online booking this evening (code expires tonight), top right of the online booking page allows you to put in Dem's code and it works for the reduced rate :)
