Well his memory wasn’t that good on that either.
P
“I’ve never been . . . I’ve only been to Woking a couple of times and I remember it weirdly distinctly. As soon as somebody reminded me of it, I went, ‘Oh yes I remember that’.”

He was reminded of it, mmmmn and then he remembered it.... distinctly.

That distinct he had to be reminded about it.

It is easy for the mind to forget something but once reminded about a part of it one then remembers all.
You never had someone prompt you about something that had slipped YOUR mind.........and then you remember ALL.
Sorry, I don't buy into your theory.
Innocent until proven guilty.
And, on the subject of that picture, he didn't say it was fake or not fake, he said his experts looked at it and couldn't tell for sure either way.
ot his hand? No one is sure.
Truth is though it is a copy of a copy of a copy, NOT the real deal.

I know they are not 100% accurate, but in most cases they can weed out lies from the truth. They generally ask a few questions that they can confirm are 100% correct to confirm the results are accurate. Even if it doesn't prove it in black & white it would still be great to watch his reactions to the questions!

Innocent till proven guilty absolutely, but he’s behaving like a guilty man.
If you can remember pizza, you can remember the girls you slept with.
An innocent man knows if that picture is fake or not.....he either remembers this girl or he never ever met her.......he did not state it was fake and that is a little concerning as it casts doubt over everything else he said

I think if he was 100% innocent his 'experts' would be all over everyone who was involved in the accusations and getting them brought down for it, instead, they seem to be on the defense (IMO).

It is very hard to prove a negative.

So even if he was innocent (or mostly innocent) he would be an unlikable old geezer standing in Court saying "I may have been photographed with this young woman, but I did not have sex with her, and anyway even if I did have sex with her she was over the age of consent (in 90% of countries in the world). So she owes me a retraction and some money, even though I am already rich, privileged and powerful" And she would be saying "I was a poor innocent little girl, who was coerced into sex slavery and lent out to people like him against my will." And the only actual piece of evidence would be the photograph, which does not depict a crime. There would be loads of horrible daily publicity for weeks on end, followed by an uncertain verdict which might well go against him on the balance of probabilities and a with a sentimental jury.

So, no, I don't think his failure to sue the accusers is evidence of guilt.

At the end of the day Mark, whatever we say here or think, we are not going to change the outcome of this case, but it is interesting to get others views on this! I am not a Royalist, never have been or will be, but this has had no relevance to me on the matter. These are just my personal thoughts on what I have seen/heard to date.

The best thing PA could have done was keep quiet. He’s turned a minor incident into a full blown air crash.
