I think there will be a few ££££ getting the silver one to be like the black one.

I don't know before my time but I can find out, the front seats are Alfa 33 Recaros

Interior looks the nuts, i'm going to keep mine original as it still looks as new inside, love the old cassette deck on the dash, I remember having something similar back in the 80's in my cars

no doubt i'll be posting here for advice and help when i get round to it, are there any parts still available for these??

Silly boy, but actually not too bad. Mechanical bits are shared with the Alfettas so Highwood stock quite a bit a52720b6-9d41-4d6c-ad4d-7ced584570ca-9.html, alternatively Alex Jupe knows what is available and is often helpful, some of his own bits though can be expensive. Panels, Lights, Trim etc these are much more difficult to source and some of the time you have to persuade one of the existing owners to let you have a peak in their spares cupboard but on occasions eBay can be your friend

not really as I will be doing all the work myself apart from respray and don't anticipate having to buy too many parts, underside is completely solid with no sign of rust at all which was bloomin gobsmacking, needs some minor rust sorting on a couple of doors and scuttle, running gear stripped, cleaned and powder coated/painted, bushes etc etc, engine seems fine and just needs a good clean with engine out detail, glass out full re spray would be the most expensive part

They are coming out of the woodwork more and more these days, probably as the price of 105s, Alfetta GTV & GTV 6 has rocketed these are the next level

Oh, that’s great then, I was assuming more rust to deal with. Sounds great.

Should we get to lockdown, I have the GS to finish & MOT, many jobs around the house then I can crack on with the BMW R65 (airhead) and and then if I'm really struggling, I can get on with Jeanette's GS 650GT (Suzuki)...

following government advice that man cave/garage is safest place I managed to get the old girl on the ramp and gobsmacked how good the underside is, absolutely no rot on the floor pan whatsoever and looks like it was well waxoiled some years ago including all box sections/cavities, probably why all panels are in such great condition, usual surface rust on suspension/brake components just requiring stripping, rebuilding where necessary and powder coating, some pics for all you alfa lovers, welcome any advice as never worked on one of these beauties, skoda comments also welcome;)

Only joking about the Skoda although it does have an as-s only a mother could love.

Where did you find it? It’s got sills and floorpans!

all good with me it's all just harmless banter, the world would be a boring place if we all had the same tastes, strangely enough i absolutely love the shape and especially the 4rse:p, came across it on ebay and for my sins won the auction
