*Gulp*

There's a couple of places in London. Mine's currently in Grimaldi's, Colchester. He seems pretty thorough

You can't just buy the top arm it comes as a suspension kit for the GT from the factory.

Is this another cracked wishbone issue but now on the GT?

3200/4200 bones are just as much from the MD at almost £1800.

It's just the bush that's the problem I believe Peter

It's good practise to renew them all at the same time for even wear which is why they are sold as a kit I guess.
Mine were done just before I bought it and the work was carried out at Giallo for around 2/3 of that price

Stuart, any idea if the bushes are available separately? It does seem a little OTT to throw the metal away.

I only had one that needed changing but was told it had to be bought as a whole kit. It was after I had agreed a price to purchase my car so I wasn't complaining however I agree, it does seem wasteful

If it's worn bushes then do the bush kit.
If it's a ball joint you have no choice but to get the kit.

The parts are not too expensive, they do come come as a kit for each side, as you guys said, but the bulk of the charge is labour cost- apparently it is quite an intensive and time consuming job

So I suspect you'd be able to get that total cost down quite a bit by shopping around.

This is what you can come to expect my friend. Try a local Indy and save selling the family silver.

It's true & as mentioned, Giallo did mine for way less than a MD would charge. They're not far from you, just outside of Sevenoaks and they know what they're doing

There are also complete sets available on the forum at very good prices. Not sure if they are right for your car, though.
