I did a quick search but couldn't find the answer - are the Giugiaro Design badges standard fitment on both sides of the GS? For some reason they're missing on mine...

Mine have become silver as the car is old, neglected and sun baked. I’ve got new ones they are fairly cheap from what I remember.

The hard to find badges are the V8 GranSport badges on the front wings, I had to buy them from a breaker in Australia.

Mine faded as they all do but decided to go with these clear rubber coated dome ones a bit like these. They don't fade.

I took mine off. They are naff and quite incongruous IMO. The 4200 just gets the V8, Halfords style....
I replaced them with these..!

I like these but could be a slight trident overload fi you have the C-Pillar badges as well.

The MCV has it best, Italian flag recessed in the panel. I considered something similar to that if I couldn't find the GranSport badge.

I’ve not seen that before...
I think maybe my car being silver does lend an understated presence to them...
I have c pillar trident emblems too- ( in black ! ):D
At least my door sill doesn’t say Gransport right next to the wing badges...! (Secretly I want some shadow chrome sill covers but can’t find anything that isn’t Gransport....:()

I always think this too, though haven’t gone so far as taking mine off. I always see them and wonder who approved that design decision on an otherwise elegant car

With new Giugiaro badges now in hand, would anyone be prepared to measure the placement of these on their own car to guide me with sticking on mine?

I reckon so many have been replaced over the years that no two cars have them in the same place...!
:as002:

Edit- just found the numbers I used.( measured before I removed them so ainput them back in the same place)
Leading edge 90mm back from door shut line: bottom edge 65mm up from top of sill...
YMMV (
