Had a Modial 3.2. Engine awesome but I’m sure not as engaging a drive as a 308 or 328 obviously. That said it was an amazing experience. A really physical drive and proper aural thrill. That’s aural right. Why would you opt for the T though ? Engine out for a cam belt change. Nah.

Always liked the 308 / 328s but like many saw the GT4 as a bit of an ugly duckling, however as the years have passed i think the GT4 has aged a lot better than i expected and now appreciate it a lot more, prices are still obviously lower for the Bertone GT4 than its siblings from Pininfarina but they are creeping up and at a few auctions seem to have sold easily at prices that GTB and GTS barely reaced? I have driven a few 308/328's and despite their faults could easily find a space for one and that goes for the GT4.

Somer designs are just right and always look good, others improve with age and others date badly, even for Ferrari, for me the GTB has aged well similarly i was looking at 348's and Mondial's (two cars i never liked) while at "Festival Italia" and decided they too probably look better now than they ever did (to my eye anyway), i also think that over the last few years the 355 has looked a little wrong, i had always liked them but dont think the design is as sweet as the 308/328's.

I still think the 360 looks like a boat from the front however and am not sute if i will ever warm to it, but i guess time will tell.

The T was supposed to be a much better car with the re-arranged engine location. Also, it had the 3.4 which installed more of the power which was sadly lacking in the 3.0. I still wouldn’t have one out of choice though.

Just like songs, some you love straight away then tire of quite quickly, others grow on you and become firm favourites :)

I love 308 GTBs, styling, switchgear, dash etc. Couldn’t find the same love for the GT4. That said, was discussing my love of the GTB with Miles at Emblem and he mentioned that you’d be much better off with a 328. Far less problematic. Still, not a dilemma unless someone wants to bung me £70K? What, no one, really. ☹

I love the 308 as it is the last pre Fiat Ferrari, the 328 may be less problematic but look at all those horrid plastic switches in the interior. Also let's be honest the 308 isn't that bad in itself. A few years ago I considered swapping mine for a 328 but ultimately I am glad I didn't.

Funny isn't it, I didn't like the 360 when it was launched but really came to like the shape more recently. I think they can be very colour and wheel dependant.
