Not in this day and age apparently.
Seem to recall one of the London Bridge atrocities where there were injured and dying lying on the ground and saw a woman run over to one victim, and I assumed was going to help, and took out her phone and photographed/videoed the poor soul on the ground and then walked away.
Too many people looking for their 5 minutes of fame at any price or do they see life as just a video game?
Maybe the young lady in question was far too inexperienced to be there in the first place!
Just a thought
Dave
That is and always was the last race of the season for F3, A nice jolly to the far east and all that..Yeah all you got to do is turn up on Sunday with a helmet and you are off. It's formula 3 they are all "inexperienced" young racing drivers... That said they have a **** load more experience than me
Bottom line is the car should not have gone off track in the way it did this calls track safety into question

That's my point, the kerbs flicked her upwards. It was these that complicated matters. Had they not been there she would have stayed on the ground and hit the frangible barriers which would have dissipated the energy along with deformation of the car via suspension and other peripheral components.the problem is this was a very bizarre and unusual accident, completely flying over the high fence and there were all sorts of different factors that could have caused serious, if not fatal injuries, steel poles that could have skewed her, landing upside down on objects within an area that was not a safety crash area etc
