Loz....this is a very touchy subject............almost cried when you put up this thread............his fifth failure to deliver to me..........am hacked off.


I didn't specify a date as there was no rush.......should have realised when he messed up 4 times to collect.

Not a happy bunny.....wonder if JC has any ammunition left.

Some feedback/advice please guys......



The Lancia has still not been delivered. I should have realised when he took 3 attempts to collect and 2 weeks to get it from Portugal to England.

In last 3 weeks he has given me 5 dates on which he would deliver to my home and he hasn't

Now lost faith in the guy and noted on the website since I booked him to do the job 4 negative feedbacks including this one.......


DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS MAN HE IS A THIEF AND A LIAR AND THEN TRIES TO BLACKMAIL ME INTO NOT LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK HAVE NOW GOT THE HASSLE OF GOING LEGAL FOR £900 REFUND


Any constructive advice welcomed or viable options that might get the job done...or car from there to here....ie ones that might work!!!

Sorry to hear this P...are you communicating in any way, phone or email...
ie, is there still a chance that maybe he is really having difficulty in delivering or is he ignoring your call/mails etc...
I know the question doesn't help the situation, but gives an idea of where it's at.

Enz, have a text trail totalling 80 or so over this last month...always business like, pleasant but a promise not kept isn't a promise.........tried to phone him....wouldn't answer.

P, very difficult to know what to say really...
If you have paid a deposit/or in full and he is not delivering the car, then it must be time to start proceedings,
if it is an auction site, and you have not already done so...I would start by reporting him.

Yeah, part of the deal was money up front which is standard practice really........just wondering what stands up as a reasonable period to wait if you didn't specify a date to get job done by?

Just not knowing whether he is genuine or not, that's the trouble P...
You could wait another month, and have another 2, or 3 missed deliveries.
He may be happy just to string you along without any intention of delivering,
the real concern is the negative feedback he has...looks like he is either deliberately conning people,
or his situation has changed and he can't actually deliver on his promises.

Yes Enz....pretty much sums it up, but I don't want to be the fall guy in all this, ending up paying and minus a car. Not prepared to wait much past this week.

May be worth sending a text saying something along the lines that if he does not give you a firm delivery date
in the next seven days, and actually makes good on his promise...you will start proceedings against him in all manners possible.

Frank just did a google street walk past his house , could see a flatbed recovery truck to one side of the rear .trouble is the pics are up to a couple of years old , hoping to get out nearest member to give him a visit friendly like , then see if its necessary for Donk and me popping down
