I have always liked both and am never sure which I prefer.
When these were current a couple who lived across the road to my parents always had lancia's and the last few were the estates.

He was English and she Italian and had met during / at the end of the war. They had an accident and the wife went through the windscreen the husband suffered a broken neck (although it wasn't discovered until a week later when he collapsed while visiting his wife in hospital.

From what I remember the seat belt fixing failed or ripped out. I believe there was quite a large settlement involved. I would still quite fancy one but would certainly be having a good look at the seat belt fixings.

I had a Beta Spyder and it's the one car that I regret selling, I loved that little thing. One day I will get another, before they all rust away of course. I saw someone who put a VX engine into their spyder but it wasn't the tidiest job sadly
