A lovely eg of the above car for sale in this months edition for £7.5K, maybe a "tide me over" type car for anyone whose caught in two minds at the moment.....;)....;)...sorry didnt take any more details, but it really looked very smart, even against the FIAT Dino coupe in the comparison test.

A mate used to have one with a Day and Schindler engine upgrade, big bore exhaust etc. Very smart car, just don't expect to stop in a hurry on a wet day!

I followed a mint looking one the other day which just reminded me how great they looked. I have heard about the brake issue, same as the X1/9, which I guess it would be.

My X19 stopped OK to be honest...........Monte didn't have breaks did they.....Think they made the disks out of bake bean tins

I had a couple of these ,quite rare and great little performers, but the dreaded rust unfortunately had them for dinner , my last one i sold as spares and got more for it than i paid for it

Still have a blank unticked box for a stratos /kit stratos either would be some good sunday morning fun

Reading of X19's, I saw one in a neighboours garage...looks like his weekend toy...will have to get some pics of it.

When I was at school one of my mates mums had one, we all thought she was so hot...ha ha, boys cars and crusshes on older women...memories...I now go for younger models...funny how age does that.

Had mine at 17...Thought I was the dogs....17 with a 2 seater sports car...I have very found memories of that little car...I will scan some pics and post at some stage.

same here, my mums mate who is a MILF, she has a Mini Cooper S GP (one with only 2 bucket seats in) she looks hot when she drives that.

To Adam...yes I did think I was a clunge (sh@t I've used that terrible word again, please stike me for it) magnet.......But then I look at pics of myself with my Long hair and KISS T shirt and realise I was far from it.
