Harlequin in Arnage usually (if it’s not shut like last year) or how about trekking over to Le Lude for our Thursday sit down meal, blended fruit juices and an evening of contemplation?

Ok, it’s a lash up really.

Hahaha. Blended fruit juices sound wonderful, I'll bring my crystal ball and tarot cards.

Sounds like we can work it out nearer the time and will be fun!

One of my friends is like if MAF and Benny had a love child.

Is that the Lycian Village encampment? Always used to stay there before I bought my property down there and Joy, Stephen and their team lay on superb catering and facilities and you can get right by the track in an uncrowded area…superb.

Still park there as a base when on circuit and do a big walk on the Sat night up past the tribunes and pits to Tetre Rouge and the start of the Mulsanne. A good resting point once there is the bar on the outfield at the corner with a live band and loads of outside seating for a few beers before the long walk back just as it’s getting light. Can’t wait…….

@conaero i've got my plus 1 and actually i've another pal that may be in too. Is that doable? He will either bring his own car or come with me as well.

We're planning our normal camping trip slightly reduced numbers this year, about 14 of us. Just waiting to find out what campsites are going to be open even the ticket companies don't know yet.

I actually thought LM was much better last year with fewer people there. No stag weekends, you could see the racing, you didn't need your wellies to go in the loos for a slash. Big improvement, really.

True enough but you couldn't go into the paddock or the Porsche curves due to sensible COVID restrictions but yes it was good plus being in August the weather was warmer in the evening.
