I've ordered the ones I found on eBay with the part number that matches the one I found on Eurospares, so will soon find out. Will report back.

Has it been confirmed that the front and rear are the same?

Do the ones in the front bumper grille areas require painting?

Some of them look like they have a 'shiny' finish, but the ones on my car look like a matt finish.

If they're the same front and rear it seems strange that the sensors seem to have different part numbers.

But if they work and look right, then all's good!

My sensors haven't landed yet, but will report back.

I have just dropped my QPV off with Marios. The read out shows 1 front and 1 rear sensor not working. He said that he can only use the factory one and costs £160 a pop.
Still my clutch is at 41% so thats a win

I need a front (inner) parking sensor for my 2009 GTS MC.

Is this correct, since Eurospares shows the part number as 217832?

Thanks
Just to close the loop, my local body shop just replaced the front inner sensor, and did so without having to remove the bumper. All's good.
The sensor that was removed was identical to the one I bought (which was labelled 'Ferrari').

I was only charged £10 for fitting, so I'm pleased with that!

The one I bought came in a box that had a label on it marked 'Ferrari' with the correct part number (217832).

The part itself isn't marked. Physically, the new part was identical to the one removed (which I assume was original).

The supplier was Electronicx GmbH; supplied from Germany and arrived quickly. Found it on Ebay as per my earlier link.

Well I have had this problem for a few months. Been driving me mad. Had a look at the control box and it has obviously been taken apart before, as it fell apart trying to remove the cables. I also checked all of the sensors and some had been played with (one was glued in as the clip was broken). So I replaced the sensors and still did not work in revers. So a Bit the bullet and got a new control box from https://www.scuderiacarparts.com/ and fitted. Now the revers is all sorted, but not showing any on the front. Do I need to get the car on a computer to activate the fronts?

The sensors on the GTS are a bl**dy nightmare (probably other cars too). What I can't understand is that my wife's old Fiat had aftermarket sensors fitted when we bought it some years ago and they have worked fine for years.
On my GT I seem to be working through all the sensors one by one. Always have my indie fit Maserati parts and so they (the sensors not the indies) are expensive so it might be worth trying cheaper ones.

The cheaper ones are almost certainly exactly the same. Maserati do not make parking sensors

Folks,

Have been through this thread and have a query regards the Skoda parking sensors mentioned. On the first page it states 3U0919275A 3U0919275B is compatible. I want to replace all of my rear sensors. When i google those part numbers the description is always "Skoda front PDC sensor". Is it the case that its both front and rear and that this is the part that would directly replace my GranTurismo rear sensors?

Link below would this be correct for my rears?

Cheers

Just because Skoda use them on the front, no reason that Maserati can't use them on the back. It's just an ultrasonic sender / reciever.

If that's the part that was originally listed I am >99.99% it'll work

Yeah just wasn’t sure with what is two part numbers listed as A and B of there was a difference. Tired all combinations when searching and all came up as front so just wanted to check.

Certainly looks identical to the 214561 ones

The A and the B are related to the revision of the part. If they have the same part number that are generally backwards compatible.
