Thanks, Mike has owned the Grale for over 14 years now. Its been uber reliable. Obviously spent lots of wonga on keeping the car well maintained. It used to be in daily use when we first got it. Mike was travelling from Newport to Rhoose every day for work for about four years or more. The Grale is his pride and joy, always cwtched in the garage for the ocassional blast and show. I rarely get to drive it these days!
As for the little Alfa Spider, this is my daily drive. Owned for about three years now. Its so much fun. Just the 2.0 ts. Handles very well lots of scuttle shake but the car holds the road like glue. Like the Grale, its been so relaible as long as you look after it, ie. regular oil changes, New rad, Belts etc.
I own a Lancia Y10 turbo in black as well! The Y10 is a baby pocket rocket, its been garaged for many years and needs some restoration to body work. I have the new panels to sort and really should inject some money into getting Lugi back where he belongs.
Thanks for the welcome. I like the feel of this site and I am really interested in learning about the Maserati 4200 cc spyder.

Hi Tania......the spyders are quite rare and hold a premium, severals owners on here, but now appraoching the time when you might see a few more for sale. Lots of help on here...keep asking, search for spyder and read up on the threads.......plus will post up a list of owners so you can pm them too

aww many thanks, I shall start re-searching. Thats really kind of you. I noticed the spyders are not very plentyfull. I ideally really want.... black exterior with red/ox blood leather. I did see a blue with tan 4200 spyder on ebay a couple of months ago. I think it was an 03 plate with 50k and it appeared to make under £13000. I expect this was not a true sale though because I can't seem to find a spyder under £14k at the moment...
I have not driven a masser yet so thats on my list first and foremost. Not sure I will handle all those horses at the rear wheels! I am only used to Front and Four wheel drive beasts.

A girl after my own heart, your going to have the same problem Im having at the moment, black with Ox blood is a rare find, unless its a MCS lol
Re finding one I would be tempted to up your budget a little think 15k ish and you should get what your looking for but it may take time.
