New addition today was the boot spoiler :) I'm really loving how the car is looking now

I got the spoiler on eBay for £50, real carbon fibre one :) seller made a mistake so hopefully they are not on here haha, but should have known how to spell granturismo

Well done Beau, looking good.
Who made the spoiler? It looks taller than the Strad one or maybe a steeper angle?

I don't think the angle of the spoiler looks any different to the original really, I have taken the photos at a low down angle which does show the spoiler more

But either way, I love it :)

Looks great but haters gonna hate.

Agree. I think it looks good overall - especially for that budget. Definitely not going to appeal to everyone - but I like them personalised.
I got the MC Logo online when I wanted to get my floor mats made up.

Any chance you could link me to where you found the logo? I can't seem to find it anywhere

Beau, wheels refurb for £30....I take it that's £30 a wheel and not £30 for all 4.....

I did them my self, took a day, lots of sanding and few bits needed filler, finished off with custom spray paint and spray can 2k lacquer, they came out well enough

Spoiler isn't to my taste either, but then I don't really like the official one either. Well, it's not that I don't like them, I just wouldn't do it to a car I owned.

I think your car look great with the black on black on black, especially in the trio of brighter coloured Italians with the Punto in font and Giulietta behind :)

Also, kudos on the budget, things always feel more satisfying when done to a good standard on a budget.

What paint did you use on the wheels? Did you have the tyres removed, or just mask off? My 159 alloys look terrible..

Looks lovely Beau, not a massive fan of the spoiler but it does look ok. You did a very good job of the wheels, well done.

Goes to show, a little care and attention, some patients and time, you can bring a car back up to standard.

Italian cars... well wow do we have a lot here, I have this and 2 147's, a 159 ti and 3.2 gt and blackline gt, ben has the punto, brera, 147 ti and 147 GTA, his parents drive mito and a spider, his sister has mito and her partner a mito, my sister has a fiat 500, my dad a punto and also just got my cousin her first car a punto sporting

The paint was mixed up by a car paint shop, so the spray cans have wide angle nozzles and 2k lacquer unlike what you will find in Halfords, and tyres stay on, you use pack of playing cards to make a fan, google for a image you will see, they protect the tyres while letting you spray right down into the gap between tyre, leave them for a few weeks before having any tyres swapped about, I had a tyre replaced this week, wheel is still fine
