When you're used to living in a fairly remote area, a few hundred miles is normal. 150 miles to the nearest big shopping centre. But the roads are great!
Sounds like the perfect place. 150 miles from the shops, great roads. Just needs a pub and curry house nearby.

I keep looking at this thread but failed to act early enough. It's too late to book but the start would have been far, far too early anyway.

Have fun!

Tickets still available, it seems:

So......

As I understand it, the Zep-led (see what I did there) SM massive (about 10) will convene at Riverside, and then arrive at Sywell at 8.30.

Meanwhile, the Facebook crew (about 5-35) will meet at J15a, and then arrive at Sywell at 8.30. (Assuming they don't all get lost looking for Cobham services 10 miles away near Chobham.)

And then, presumably, the marshals will mingle both groups together and see what happens.

By the way, the 'maserati owners uk' Facebook group looks quite interesting, despite its extraordinary ideas about capitalisation.

Leaving MacD around 8.15 will get us to Sywell for 8.30 if that is the arrival time the leader was aiming for. I think he was, confirming with the organisers unless I missed something.

Now did we agree we were all wearing red trousers or yellow cords?

Red trousers if you have red calipers, yellow cords for yellow....... co-ordination is everything.

Yes, they will be parking all of the divergent Maser groups together. The reason for the arrival time is that it will be a section of the car park, so everyone will be lined up together.

As for the colour of your trews, this is a personal matter, until it is time to take the **** :p

Ah, now you are giving me a problem. I'm a red callipers and gold cords kinda guy. Fortunately my callipers are still grey at the moment, so I can choose the trews on the day.
