You need to 'book' spectators spaces now and you go onto a waiting list... limited numbers and all that.
Thank you for that clarification. The website is really quite unclear, but looking at it again, I found the form and filled it in.

Just booked for the first of the season's Wheels on Wednesday on May 19 (unsurprisingly a Wednesday!) just outside of Worcester. If anyone else is going do you fancy a meet up/runout (as long as it isn't raining) before or after. But whatever the weather we should be there - if nothing else for the burgers which hopefully will be the same as last year's.

Is this the group that used to meet on the Pershore Road at a large pub? A bit of the classic car mob?
I fancy any excuse and be good to see you again Annie?

Once it warms up I think I will pop up to this.

- sorry Robin & Blox - don't know how to do a joint reply - but google Wheels on Wednesday, Worcester and it should pop up - its held at Spetchley Park = as with all events (probably) it needs to be pre-booked. (I believe the organiser may also be behind the Sywell May event and Prescott later this year)

Ahh, Prescott, hm.
Much more of a bun fight than I thought, the group I was recalling met informally at a pub.
Might pootle along, show a face, see you all and buzz off, but not sure how flexible they would be in us lot parking up in proximity.

We're booked in too - and I believe our ticket says 'show car' - whatever that means - tho' we'll find out on May 19 as that ticket also says 'show car'

WRT Prescott Italia on 30 May, just saw this on Instagram:
85546

Quite surprised they haven't emailed spectator ticket holders, but looks like this now won't be happening as a spectator event.

Better news re Prescott Italia on 30 May.
No spectators allowed, but a Concours event is happening on the same day at the same location... £25 to enter per car.
If you had registered as a spectator you should have an email.

The field at Spetchley Park is still too wet to hold Wheels on Wednesday - so they have relocated to the Worcester Rugby Club's Sixways car park - that what I call dedication:clapps:

While a lot of cars were at SupercarFest, there were still some good Italians present at Prescott Italia. Rather quiet due first to the lack of spectator admission and then the early closure of the hill. The latter caused by a Ferrari Pista driver having an unfortunate incident with a crash barrier - necessitating the use of a telehandler to lift the front of the car off the top of the barrier. A good half-day out in the sun and a few selected photos below.
