Another model that should have been under the Maserati banner. The Alfa Giulia QV. And now this. Looks fantastic.

I'd love Maserati to take on Ferrari again like in the 50s. Will never happen under FCA of course. Let Alfa be second fiddle to Ferrari. I'd rather Maserati didn't race unless they were competitive. And that would mean being owned by someone other than FCA.

This is so on the money. I was thinking the same thing years ago when they brought out the 4C. Alfa under Marchionne has blossomed while Maserati has been left to slide a few rungs down the ladder. The Giulia QV for example v the Ghibli S. Performance wise, no contest. Sad. But then again...

Great review. Love Chris Harris. One of the best in the business for mine. Still seems at odds though that this should be quicker than the top spec. Ghibli.

Generally dislike SUVs but that Alfa is more than acceptable. True about the depreciation. Nothing like buying a new Alfa then three years later, seeing a teenage learner driver in the same model.

Fail for mine. Prefer the old shape.

Forget the Giulia. Looking forward to seeing how the new Alfa GT pans out. If it's anything like those renderings with Giulia QV performance - I'm in. Release date probably 2025 mind....
