I know we have people reading this all over the world and have a forum for events.
Despite that, i also know that some the most knowledgeable and dedicated owners are on here too.
I have organised this event for the past three years at Hopetoun House South Queensferry near Edinburgh. Hopetoun is one of the greatest stately homes in the UK. It provides a great backdrop to the event.
In the past couple of years we had 350 cars and bikes as well as about 2000 visitors. It is a very relaxed informal day with no commentary or megaphones!
I love ALL Italian cars and bikes, so if you have a fiat Panda or Ferrari Enzo your welcome!
The event is for fun chat and just admiring the cars and bikes. All proceeds are either kept by Hopetoun or given to the EColi charity HUSH, which I have the privilege of being volunteer chair.
Our event website is:
http://www.italiancarandbikeday.co.uk/
Entry for exhibitors is £5 per car/bike, no mater how many people in/on it.
Hope some of you like the idea and come along. I know there will be quite a few up from England with their cars. If any of you are over for the Edinburgh festival please come along and have alternative culture!
