4C - What's The Story?

Ok, I'm getting hacked off with the delays on the Ghibli and some aspects of the pricing ... so I may turn my attentions to the 4C.

I understand that the Launch models have all sold out, but can anyone guide me on availability of the standard models ... and how they differ from the Launch model?

Pat, as I see it, yes launch models are all gone and there is an open book for the regular model starting at £45k with delivery in 2015.

The launch model had full leather, bigger wheels, only came in 2 colours, was it flat white and Alfa red??? plus it had the DNA and the carbon lights which look better than the dogs dinner of the production model.

Saw one at National Alfa Day at a hill climb place (forget which one) about four years ago instant The Noise!!

Well, I e-mailed my local dealer this afternoon and got a very prompt and polite response. Unfortunately, it seems that the UK allocation of the 4C is very small (200 units for 2014) and if you are not on the original order list then you have to go on to the reserve list.

So, here I am, a cash buyer for either a Maserati Ghibli or an Alfa 4C, and I can't have one. Maybe I should just buy an M3.
