It's incredible to see the cars alfa used to make and those being manufactured from the last 20 years till now....

Seems There is quite a lot of bodywork to be done on this one

No idea what the underside will be like if the top has so much surface rust. Good ones can be had for £35k ish, so doesn't leave a lot to restore this at £24k.

It will cost you 50k at least to get it done properly.

I saw one at Carfest at the weekend and also this lovely one at Newbury Car Show.

I used to see one as a daily driver in Aberdeen in the mid eighties, along with a dark blue Khamsin!

MOH 35 is Charles Lumbys car it is truly stunning and has been for years, £24k for a car that needs quite a lot of work seems pricey as it will cost more than what it is worth to get it finished.

Get it on wheeler dealers. Ed china will buff that off and put in back on the road in an hour for £500 ;)

If you have a look at their other items for sale there is a whole bunch of cars listed for the same auctions including a Mk1 Golf GTI, a QP and an M3 along with some nice looking classics including a stag. Guide prices seem to be all over the place.

One was at auction when I got mine but it didn't make the reserve, a deal could be done on it apparently.

If they've got any sense that'll be a no reserve auction

24k is a dreamers price , if that's the reserve it'll be unsold

Never liked the look of the Montreal. And some deep pockets necessary for that one.

For masochists only.

I had a near new Montreal back in the 70's and wish I had never sold it. Swapping it in for a Ferrari 308 GT4 was a huge mistake
