I'll aim to get there at 8am then. Just head to send my crash helmet back as they sent me the wrong size!

You might be able to take it up and leave it there on the Friday, I can ask Phil if you want???
Will bring the Sail flag and someone else can take it home ready for the next event!

Ok thanks, I will try. I'm not going to be there early, probably 10-11am and no doubt I will get pushed towards the other Alfa's by some officious person, but really I'm not too worried either way.
Haven't forgotten the red Ferrari driver at Southend Festival Italia who honked and started waving arms at my mere Maserati when I tried to leave the event before him. Knob.

I've just looked at the electronic ticket, and I'm glad I did because I didn't realise I had to print it out and take it with me, and it says 8 am. We're staying near Heathrow so I'll probably make my own way there unless there's going to be another rendezvous spot close to Brooklands.

We'll be there early but I can drop it off the day before, we'll still need to take the Alfa as there's 5 of us. (Sombreros can't fit in the Maserati! LOL)

Hopefully the Gazebo should be done, I have it, well, MLC has the frame as its too frigging big but the roof and sidewalls are at the screen printers and should be back.
Also have 27m of Italian bunting, 2 8x5 Italian flags and 5 5x3's
Other than my car, am struggling to know what to put in it....any suggestions welcome
Also the back wall might get printed too if I can work out what to put on it, again, suggestions welcome. I was thinking along the lines of a chequered flag, some Italian stripping and the logo???

Not a bad idea as long as the Sponsors renew each year , I recon just leave it blank or may be a sponsors banner which can be attached or unattached and ask them to pay for them cheep advising .Also a couple of cheep folderway tables and chairs that can fit in a boot .
