I am going to replace them with EBC yellow stuff

I think that I will go for the yellow stuff pads too. Anyone who could provide a link to a reliable and cheap seller?

Another question: If I remember correctly, then the 3200 Assetto Corsa was originally supplied with "racing pads". Would any of you know which brand/type they are?

I used EBC Red Stuff, not as track or race focused but do the job very well compared to the OEM pads.

Compressed sawdust held together by pixie cr4p would work better than the OEM.

Yellow stuff here too , all round.. I have a small squeak that I am hoping will disappear once fully worn in.... Other than that they are very good

So you mean I've bought a car that the designers thought that is the right thing to do? I think you may be exaggerating a little!

When I got my 3200 the brake pedal travelled half way before any bite and once there faded very quickly. Once swapping to Kevlar based pads the bite us right at the top and I can rely on them... Exaggerating I'm not!

Like the new avatar Nikos...!!!
Danny, I think they were the Pagid Blue, but can not be certain as the pads then (2002) may not have been the same as now, they were just classed as racing pads. I have also used EBC Red Stuff and they worked very well, but I am considering trying the EBC Yellow Stuff..!!

Hey Robert, glad you like my new picture.

EBC red are better than stock?

With all this that's been talked about bads it seems to me that all alternatives are the same. Spent money on discs, pads and brake lines, but the improvement is not dramatic.

don't like yellows. I used them in the saab (6pot brakes). They needed a million years to warm up, and once warmed, their performance was reduced.
On the other hand reds on the saab did a great job.

You must have been using the old compound. The new yellow stuff is really very good; great bite from cold and absolutely no fade when hot.

Could be.

When i used the reds, where i was totally satisfied, all the people told me that they hated them. Now this with the yellows must be the same thing.
