Donnington historic 30th May-1st June

Is anyone going to Donnington this weekend. It was excellent last year. I'm going Saturday it's a lovely drive over from mine so will go in the QP.

Yep I'll be there on the Alfa Owners stand which coincedently is next to the Maserati owners Uk stand

Tricky conditions with most qualifying in the dry, but mixed racing conditions. Richard had a slight dent put in his wallet when the scrutineers pointed out his helmet was out of date. 2 grand later.... Ouch. Same as mine but no discount when you need one immediately!

Excellent event as always despite the weather highlight again for me was the pre war GP cars, all the Maserati 6&8 CM's, Alfa's etc. The pit garage afterwards was unbelievable, the value, eye watering!!!!!!! Close second was the U2 tc, Alfaholics, Alfa Gta beating off all those pesky Lotus Cortinas once again
