Popped into Verdi today as they have a rather nice 4200CC that has just come in. All very nice and a lovely drive however they then offered me a test drive in this!!

How'd it sound with the Tubi exhaust?

I've always had a soft spot for these, if I hadn't banned myself from buying any cars this year I'd seriously consider one as a summer play thing.... may be next year.

Different car and different image.........4200 exotic supercar for those who don't need to shout they have arrived...........355 first modern Ferrari but definately not a gentleman image..............if age is on your side then go for it

your not making a mistake Andy, this was one Ferrari's finest hours, the very best exmples are bound to go up in value as well.

I love the 355, to me the only Ferrari I wanted to own prior to the 458's launch. Found them extremely easy to drive, but definitely an occasion car rather than an every day car like the Maserati.

I think hold their value would be a safer way to go rather than expect it to start going up any time soon, too many of them about.

Sounded very nice although Verdi recommend a Capristo as the best system for the 355.

Capristo def the choice. That's another 2.5k on top although the second hand tubi must b worth something.

This Car has really got me thinking !
