FF yes, 612 i will never like, been in one and felt like a canal barge, massive thing it was.
No, not at all, weird front.
Love the 612 and that is a particularly nice one. A true 'understated' Ferrari. It is an indictment of how huge it is with those wheels looking small - and they do look small! I expect the trade off is a very good ride quality, something needed in a 4-seat Ferrari. It's not a trackday car.
Would be amazing for cruising down to Monte Carlo in, could do it in a day in that iin perfect comfort and massive pace and agility when needed. Amazing car.
I think that is still going to be a £55-60k car in 2-3 years though, a long way to fall and the entire value of a GS lost just in depreciation!
If the Ferrari can be bought for say £80,000 and is worth say £55,000 in 2 or 3 years is that much worse than a GTS bought at £55,000 and worth mid thirties in 2 or 3 years???? What I like about the Ferrari is its rarity as well as being understated
When you put it that way - no. And I know I would rather be in the Scag. Is the GTS better looking? It's subjective and my opinion is yes, slightly. But my money would go on the Scag, it's a different league of car, a Ferrari V12 with so much road presence.
If you can, I think you should do this - would love to have a ride in one!
God, the GT-S is HUGE
Still the Scag for me, though there really is nothing in it on looks or performance. My deciding factor would be that one is a £180k car and one is an £80k car. I would rather own the more expensive car if the sums work out the same depreciation wise (assuming I could afford it in the first place). Dount there would be a huge difference on runing costs if done at Emblem etc.
HR Owen told me to work out the servicing costs against a Maserati you should divide the running costs of a Maserati by 8 and then multiply by 12 for the Ferrari
ferrari looks better....only from the rear.......
