Proposed Northern SMF Weekend

Bump Forward:

OK folks, I am looking at arranging a special weekend for SMF in the NORTH..!! I know that's a daunting prospect for some, but we don't bite up here..!!

I am thinking of the weekend of: 6 / 7 / 8th November 2015.

Starting on Friday evening and everyone leaves at some point on the Sunday. I am sorting out the venue and a hotel, there will be Music, Dancing, Barbeque, Movies, Drives in the country, Drinking of course, Games etc, etc. We may arrange a Hog Roast one night..!!

I am starting a list of those who confirm, so let me know quick for rooms etc..!!

1. Hodroyd 2 nights
2. Dem 2 nights

EDIT:
Growing a pace now, dates are fixed, if you are coming don't leave it too late, confirm and I will get you a room. Arrive when you can on Friday evening then settle in for a weekend to remember..!!

ALL THOSE CONFIRMING WILL GET A PM WITH DETAILS..!!

Previous references to beer being all froth in the north are totally unfounded, beer is excellent quality, stronger than the southern flat as a proverbial Faart stuff and an excellent way to relax and enjoy..!! Don't worry us northerners will watch you just in case you can't take too many, not being used to it and all, then we can top you up with some shandy, maybe more to your liking, not ours though where men are men..!!

OK I think it's probably best if I book a venue for a meal on Friday night, if I say 8pm is that OK with everyone, I will be ravenous by then anyway and travellers Im sure will be hungry..?? Let me know anyone if you don't agree, or cant make that time..??

The Hotel is booked now, you all have been advised of the location, anyone else wanting to jump in and join us, wanting a room, you should decide now so as not to be dissapointed..!!

8pm is a good time for everyone to be there but id book it for 8:30 to account for any delays from the London contingent

Just found out Benny (and the long suffering Sue) is coming to this now...there goes the neighbourhood hey Rob!

Still not sure if I am taking the GS or the Q3, Ill probably be too hung over to drive spiritedly and the thought of the 300 miles in the Friday afternoon traffic M3/M25/A1 sounds like a lot of hard work for the Maz.
