Wouldn't be surprised if the speed was less than you might think. Not much under the bonnet after all. Still it's one expensive crumple zone.

Well the post hit does not look lile it has deformed at all!

Thats lucky , mate of mine a 30 odd years ago hit a seaboard substation on a grass verge just on the outskirts of town ,at around 70 mph , completely sent it tumbling yards down the road , writng off his MK2 Jag in the process , to make matters worse he ended up with a personal bill for just under £3k for the replacement which included part compensation for 800 houses being wthout electricity for over 24hrs
