Seat colour

Evening all, trying to find out the colour code for my seats in the Gransport. The leather is a darkish grey with the techno trim inserts. Can anyone help me with a trim code or point me towards where I can find it.
Cheers

Don't think there is such a thing as a trim code, if you need a leather repair they'll just need to colour match it by sight.

Is it for a repaint?
The guys at http://www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/ will computer match the paint if you send them a sample of leather for matching.
I tried their service and was amazed at how they managed to color match paint to 14 year old cream leather.

Just had the kit come from liquidleather. Just used it on the GS, it looks brilliant, covered the cracks etc just looks like the leather is a bit creased. They stock the grey for a 2007 GS which I bought although mines a 2005. It's a perfect match, I'm well chuffed.

Hexadex, can you tell us a bit more about which kit you used, what size of bottles it came with and what you treated on the car. Some photos would be good too.

I should have done pictures of before and after with each seat off the car for comparison but got too lazy for that.
Its a lot of work but its relatively easy.

Keep in mind this was my first shot at it and the close up of the seat is for a section that was quite bad and i applied a bit of filler which looked bad (first attempt)
I did the same on the other seat bolster and it looked good, so its a matter of practice.

The kit included leather prep which is a solvent, alcohol, paint, sealant and an airbrush to apply everything.
The paint is almost idiot proof and it looks great.
My problem is with the sealant that is too liquid and i tend to put too much and end up with a white residue on the seats.
Dont know if it will come off as i can only clean it 1 week after the sealant is applied.

In the places that the leather was just stained, faded or creased it looks like new.
Where filler was applied, it variates in quality, the worst one being what is on the close up (first one i did) and the best one being the drivers side bolster that looked quite good considering the previous state where bits of leather were already missing (last ine i did)

I stripped everything, including separating the back from the seat in the fronts.
Pita job, but rewarding when i look at the end result

Thanks for the info and pics. I may take this task on but a have got a professional leather restore guy coming to give me a quote. I've been told he can have the seats looking brand new. He came highly recommended. All depends on price

If i can do it looking like this, someone that does it for a living will make them look like new.
In portugal i was quoted 500 euros for this job, and considering the time i spent and what the kit costed, i would have gladly paid it instead ...

How much time did you spend doing the job.

Car was not in use so i took my time and spread it over 2 weeks.
You can expect at least 1 weekend if going trough it non stop.
Having a hairdrier or hot air gun speeds up the drying process considerably

Its also recomended you dont use the seats for a few days after they are finished while the sealant continues to cure
