Well yes, everyone matters Robert :)

It's just when most of us leave there won't be a gaping hole in the middle of the main club stand.

As opposed to when the Epic Exhaust Club members leave, there will just be gaping mouths everywhere :alan4:

Sounds like the kids won't be able to come out on the parade lap. Shame

Why is that? Two years ago, I took my then 10 year old step son around in my Stratos replica. Although I don't remember any restrictions, there's so many cars on these laps, I doubt any official will even notice who is in which car. Especially a saloon such as a Maserati.

They have your word for it...they are all over 8 years old, unless the official can prove otherwise. I'm sure it's all just a big @rse covering exercise for the accountants, lawyers and bureaucrats anyway.

I hope they are or else MrsWoody will give me an earful! :)

The above says kids are not allowed in the assembly area when racing is on...having heard about kids taking part in other parade laps, I hope we can get around this by haivng them in the car before entering the assembly area. I can understand the problem of having a load of kids wandering around moving cars though!

Shouldn't be a problem - the Maserati Club cars (i.e. us) will enter the circuit directly from display area 7, not the assembly area.

With thanks to Drew you now have the Track parade signing on sheet. This must be completed for the day of the parade lap, as otherwise you will not be allowed on circuit.

I am checking arrival and departure restrictions, as I believe for club display parking you must be there by 10am each day with departure after 5pm, however I am checking and will confirm. The instructions for Sunday's parade lap do state arrival before 10am, so certainly on the Sunday.

Please remember it can take between half and hour to an hour from arrival to get to the club display area.

I will be there throughout the weekend and will be assisting the parking on Saturday and Sunday morning.

You also have the parade lap instructions. Please do read them both the general requirements and the requirements for Sunday's parade.

You also have the site plan.

Edwin from the club has also asked that we print out some details of our cars. The sheet can then be placed in the car to let visitors know what they're looking at. I've attached Edwin's as an example.

220+ Tridents are confirmed with Alfieri Maserati in attendance and Sir Stirling Moss heading the parade in a 250F. Looking forward to seeing everyone for what should be a very special day.

Is it too late to join this event?

Hi 87ME, I'm afraid club display parking and the parade lap are no longer available, however you can get general admission tickets from the Silverstone web site if you want to come along.

Thanks Drew. My goal is to be there as early as possible. My challenge will be getting the family out the front door. We'd have stayed up on the Friday night but have tickets for Essex in the T20 cricket at Chelmsford on Friday evening. An early start on Saturday it must be.

We are going to that as well

Thanks Miles, I'll get something like that printed off.

I havent yet recieved my tickets from Silverstone - am I right in assuming the information above in Drews post will all come with the tickets?
