Hi All,
Just to confirm, there are no rooms reserved, so you need to make your own reservations. Still some available at £103, but don't leave it too long.
Regarding payments for the rest, I'll take care of the karting deposit, which will take the heat off that one. I'll then gather payments from those karting over the coming weeks.
I'll start a separate thread for the meal at Villa d'Este. Payment on the night is fine, though payment in advance will certainly simplify things...but that can be dealt with in that thread.

No Worries Matt. It'll sort itself out in the wash. It's only the deposit and doesn't commit us to particular numbers.

We would definitely be up for that, try for the Midlands though, so we can make it a real full meet with 90% of members attending.
Is anybody going down on the Friday night, ready for the Ace Cafe on early Sat morning, or is everybody driving down early Sat morning??

Yes we are booked in at the Premier Inn so that we are close to the Ace Cafe for Saturday morning. It has parking directly outside in the hotel grounds and it's free to park. We looked at others but the parking was a bit suspect. This place has all the stuff we need, bar, lounge..!!
