Stereo not powering up

Hi, need some help

My stereo is completely dead and not powering up and the mileage is flashing which it’s never done before. This happened after having a flat battery, I’m wondering if it’s a blown fuse ? Has anyone else experienced this before?

The flashing mileage is a canbus error, so likely related and the fuse for the stereo would be a good place to start.

Pull the stereo and check the connectors on the back. The last time this happened to me the fuse was good but I had a poor connection on the back of the unit.

Any idea which fuse to check and also is it easy to pull the stereo ?

Check your manual as they were different on some cars. It will be fuses in the passenger compartment in the book.
