Good news, got the oil cooler pipes off of the 164 after removal of the power steering pump and power steering pump bracket and cutting down a 24mm socket to get at the banjo Union and avoid removing the drive shaft - what a nightmare job that turn out to be!!!!!!

Aircon pump to go

Semi bad news - the 90 failed the MOT on just one rear wheel bearing - all in all not too bad but may be a nightmare to do, so I may pay the garage to sort it.

Progress - Aircon pump in, new oil cooler pipes made up. The pipes look a bit industrial, just hoping they fit otherwise I will have to find another solution

Looks like the aircon pump leaked all its oil and siezed causing the bearing failure - yellow die and oil seen through the front plate seal.
More fun and games tomorrow

All pipes installed with new aircon O rings and copper washers where appropriate, air dryer, alternator, powerstering pump and oil cooler also now in. The oil cooler is sitting a little higher so will need to adjust in the future, just time and olives!!, but at least now I won't have to remove the power steering pump

Just waiting to put in a new shock absorber for the tensioner which should arrive on Tuesday, top up the fluids and test run and check for leeks

Fingers crossed all should be OK

Stressful day at Duncans today, but i am a happy bunny, i have the 33 for tomorrow, freshly out the body shop and mot'd.
