Good point Loz, we should have a contingency for A;B;C weather can't be managed. But known alternatives could save us time and stop us from stressing... checking the weather in the weeks around "interesting passes" in the days leading up to the trip, would also help us make early calls or...

Well not bad for 8K but they don't handle, they have heaps of torque, and being light at the rear can't put even half their power down... so unless you want a utility vehicle, I would pass... Maybe we could hire a interesting drive for the trip between us...and share it... Ozzie
