Any idea what this means?
Seems like 8 are similar and consequential (injection?) And maybe last is cause?

Go here
you will get the generic definition of these codes. This should be right as they are all under 1000 and I think ODB codes up to 1000 are relatively standard.
I would question your software not being able ot recognise these, because it should!

Cheers - to be honest I got the codes from the software on a laptop and don't really understand it!

Looks like failing coils and a speed sensor.

So possibly the failing crank sensor (I think that's what it is) is making the ECM think all the coils are stuffed.

Acutally looking at the display there it looks like your software looks up a file which is a list of the generic ODBII codes and the file is not present on your PC, it could just be an installation problem.

Crank sensor I think is a simple inductive pick up and probably does not have electronics inside it, in which case you would need to look at the 2 wire with an oscilloscope to see if its working. or you might get away with conencting a meter that measures frequency, and see if that goes up and down with the engine speed. I suspect the voltage might be ok.
