Is there any interest in a full day track day at Blyton Park later over summer, with us having exclusive use of the track?
We can have two different track configurations if we wish, one in the morning, and a different one in the afternoon to make it more interesting.
Here's the best bit... Blyton Park do indeed have a noise limit, but it's 95dBA as read by a microphone 20m from the edge of the circuit, instead of the testing at 1m that many track day organisers use. My neighbour uses Blyton to test his single seater historic race car, and has never tripped the limit. I can easily hear him 'testing' it up and down his drive, and on the road out of the village when I'm in my office at home; it's considerably louder than Benny's or MAF's cars.
So, who's in? Budget should be say £100 for the day, depending on numbers.
